(manufacturer) - Products Requested: - Five distinct eddy current probes, including bobbin and array models - BSTBB-010 (1 unit): Barnacle scraper, tapered back bearing, 0.440in diameter, LF coil, 50ft length - MBS-006 (1 unit): Mag biased barnacle scraper, 0.440in diameter, LF coil, 50ft length - CBS-144 (4 units): Chamfered barnacle scraper, 0.450in diameter, LF coil, 50ft length - MBS-003 (1 unit): Mag biased barnacle scraper, 0.480in diameter, MR coil, 50ft length - CXB6-002 (1 unit): Circ/axial mag biased array and bobbin, titanium sleeve, 0.490in diameter, 2x14 array/mid frequency bobbin coil, 50ft length - Notable Requirements: - Probes must be compatible with Zetec MIZ-200 inspection instruments and 3D/4D acquisition systems - Sole-source justification due to proprietary technology and compatibility - Delivery required to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard - COTS items are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity requirements - Bidders must provide manufacturer details, part numbers, and lead time/delivery information - Period of Performance: - Delivery required by October 19, 2026

THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE SAM WEBSITE: SAM.GOV

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF QUOTES IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SAM WEBSITE.

To be considered for award, if the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
