Description
Description of Requirement:
The purpose of this requirement is to repair one (1) non-operational JLG Lift (Field Number: JLG3) in support of aircraft maintenance operations at Barksdale Air Force Base (AFB), Louisiana. The contractor is required to pick up the lift on-site at Barksdale AFB, transport it to their off-site repair facility, and safely deliver the lift back to Barksdale AFB once all repairs are complete. Work will involve coordinating all transport logistics, flushing the hydraulic system, replacing lift and steering cylinder seals, and installing a new hydraulic main swivel motor to restore full 360-degree rotation and propulsion functionality. The contractor must be fully insured, possess all applicable professional certifications to perform this type of specialized equipment maintenance/repair, and install brand-new (not refurbished) parts only. The contractor shall provide all logistics, labor, tools, and the lawful disposal of all hazardous fluids and removed components IAW Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement, Dated 25 Jun 2026 and Attachment 2, Wage Determination.
