This notice is published in accordance with FAR 6.305 and FAR 13.501 to announce the public availability of a redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) for a sole-source contract award.

The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Edgewood Contracting Division (W911SR), has awarded a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on behalf of the Defense Biological Product Assurance Office (DBPAO) for the procurement of Multiplex Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) Analyzers, Immunoassay Kits, Performance Qualification Kits, reagents, and related consumables for biological threat identification.
