The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this synopsis/solicitation notice as a means of complying with the USDA’s policy in AGAR 412.201-1 (e)(3)(ii) Simplified Procedures. The USDA-FS intends on awarding a BPA Call Order against Archaeological/cultural heritage services for multiple forests BPA series: 12444222A0011-12444222A0017, 12444222A0018-12444222A0024, 12444222A0026 for Heritage Survey (Upper Cossatot) Mena-Oden RD, Arkansas
This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to the approved companies eligible for call orders under Archaeological/cultural heritage services for multiple forests BPA series. There are currently thirteen incumbents.
This requirement will be awarded as a BPA Call Order against the BPA. The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.
