Description
This project involves the supply and installation of aeration equipment, a screen, and associated piping, equipment, and instrumentation. The screen will be housed in a new building included as part of the work. The work includes intercepting and rerouting the incoming forcemain to the new screen, locating, exposing, connecting, and burying the new pipe to the existing yard piping. A new gravity sewer will be installed and cored into the existing manhole upstream of the lagoon. Additional aeration laterals will be added to lagoon cells 2 and 3, and a baffle curtain will be added to lagoon cell 3. The project includes associated process, mechanical, civil, structural, architectural, and electrical work as per the technical specifications and engineering drawings. The contractor is responsible for receiving, assembly, installation, testing, start-up, and commissioning of the system and its components.
