The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) contracting activity proposes to procure without using full and open competition, in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul 6.103-1, three (3) Golden Engineering, XRS3MD Pulsed Portable X-ray Systems.
