This opportunity is for demolition services at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, focused on two buildings (B5276 and B8129): - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 7th Contracting Squadron (7 CONS CD), Dyess AFB - Scope of Work: - Complete demolition of Buildings 5276 and 8129, including structures, foundations, slabs, and related appurtenances - Removal and off-base disposal of all debris in accordance with regulations - Site preparation, utility coordination, and restoration (topsoil, hydroseeding with Top Gun Buffalo Grass) - Installation of concrete curbs and gutters (3000 psi strength) - Compliance with all safety and environmental standards - Products/Services Requested: - Demolition of Building 5276 (1 lot; FNWZ 15-0059) - Demolition of Building 8129 (1 lot; FNWZ 25-0129) - Concrete curbs and gutters (quantity as required) - Hydroseeding with Top Gun Buffalo Grass (quantity as required) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must be completed within 60 calendar days, including mobilization and closeout - Project start required within 10 days of award - 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 238910 - Strict adherence to safety, environmental, and abatement regulations - No specific OEMs or commercial product manufacturers are referenced; this is a service-focused procurement

Description

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting

Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) . Technical Specifications of Quoted Products (Address how they meet Salient Characteristics)

* The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 of this RFQ must be included in your offer.

Site Visit pertaining to this solicitation: The optional site visit shall be held on 15 July 2026 at 1:00PM CDT starting at B8129.
