This a Brand Name or Equal To requirement for the TSC Mobile Tracking System (MTS) 3.0.  See the attached SOW for all items that must be included in the offer to be considered for  award.   ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF PRICING FROM THE MANUFACTURER, AND CONFIRM AUTHORIZATION TO RESELL THE ITEMS LISTED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK.
