Description

Marine Corps Installations - National Capital Region (MCI-NCR), Regional Contracting Office (RCO), Quantico, VA hereby gives notice of intent to award a purchase order to Trident E&P LLC (CAGE Code: 3GM64) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(a), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.

This procurement is to provide an extension to the existing Rental and Support Service Agreement for Trident-Lexmark Printer/Copiers,with a period of performance of August 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027, in support of the USCM Technology Services Office (TSO). This requirement will provide rental and support services for TSO’s Trident-Lexmark printer/copiers while the upcoming DLA agreement for these Trident services is completed and finalized. 

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within six (6) calendar days after the date of the publication of this notice will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses shall be emailed to Heaven Onley, at heaven.j.onley.civ@usmc.mil, no later than Wednesday July 15, 2026 at 10:00am EST.
