Queens College Auxiliary Enterprises Corporation, part of CUNY, is seeking proposals for a comprehensive Parking Management System (PMS) for parking lots 15 North and 15 South at its Flushing, NY campus. - Government Buyer: - Queens College Auxiliary Enterprises Corporation (CUNY), Queens College - Products and Equipment Requested: - Entry Stations (2): Ticket issuing, customer display, intercom, proximity card reader, thermal ticket printer, touchscreen, IP camera, VoIP intercom - Exit Stations (2): Ticket acceptance, customer display, proximity card reader, intercom, barcode scanner, payment hardware (EMV, Mag-stripe, NFC), gate control - Payment Kiosks (4): Cashless, PCI 3.2 compliant, EMV/mag-stripe/NFC, barcode reader, receipt printer, touchscreen, IP camera, SIP VoIP intercom - Traffic Control Gates (4): Fast open/close, power outage auto-open, RFID/LPR/barcode/touchless payment support, IP54, wide temperature range - Uninterruptible Power Supply: 24-hour data retention for system controller - Loops and Protective Bollards: All necessary for PMS - Services Requested: - Installation labor and wiring (including concrete, electrical, mounting) - Five-year full-service maintenance contract (monthly cost, warranty) - Training for staff (printed/electronic materials) - Project management and construction documents - Unique/Notable Requirements: - PMS must support QCards, permit management, real-time reporting, and integrate with the Transact system - PCI DSS certification and compliance with CUNY and NYS security standards required - Installation must be completed within 60 business days of contract start - Maintenance covers a five-year period from system startup - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to all qualified manufacturers and distributors of revenue control systems

Description

The Queens College Auxiliary Enterprises Corporation is requesting proposals from recognized manufacturers and/or distributors of revenue control systems to provide, install, and maintain Parking Management System equipment at the College's parking lot 15 North & 15 South located at 65-30 Kissena Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11367. The contract term is for 1 year with an option to renew for four additional 1-year renewals. A site visit is scheduled for July 23, 2026, and the proposal due date is September 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Vendors must complete the RFP form and submit all supporting documentation via postal mail, courier, or hand delivery, with an option to email a digital copy in addition to the hard copy.
