Description

Engineer will provide planning, site investigation, design, engineering, permitting support, major equipment and construction procurement support, construction management and monitoring, construction quality assurance and control, and project management services to deliver a complete leachate treatment plant for removal of emerging contaminants, heavy metals, and other industrial chemicals at the Chemung County Landfill. The services must be performed under the direct supervision of, and engineering drawings must be stamped by, a Professional Engineer licensed to practice in New York State.
