SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to purchase Boston Scientific ELUPRO Bioenvelopes Products from a contract awarded by Premier pursuant to its authority under section 163 (3) (vi), which authorizes purchases from a consortium or comparable entity without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors selling equivalent products may contact the primary contact to discuss the procurement and must demonstrate equivalency by meeting clinical performance standards.
