NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, part of the U.S. Navy, is seeking firm-fixed-price service contracts for security system maintenance at the OCHR Silverdale Operations Center. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FISCPS), Contracting Office: Puget Sound - OEMs and Vendors: - Johnson Controls Security Solutions LLC (OEM and service provider) - Genetec (OEM for video surveillance equipment) - Products/Services Requested: - Annual intrusion monitoring and full maintenance services for security systems - Includes parts replacement, system test and inspection - Covers Video Surveillance System, Intrusion DMP XR System/Card Access System, and Genetec Video Surveillance System - Service is for Customer Account 140-10883 at OCHR Silverdale Operations Center - Five-year contract: base year plus four one-year option periods - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Maintenance and monitoring must be performed on systems installed/upgraded by Johnson Controls - Proprietary software and system integration needs justify sole source to Johnson Controls - Genetec video surveillance equipment is specifically referenced as part of the system - Evaluation will consider price reasonableness and past performance

Description

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for OEM JOHNSON CONTROLS Video Surveillance and Equipment Maintenance base year with option years to exercise for OCHR Silverdale, WA.

This requirement is sole sourced to OEM SJOHNSON CONTROLS due to proprietary software maintenance and system integration required for the existing security infrastructure. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  

The Government will evaluate the offeror’s price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 12.203.
