The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) seeks a nonprofit organization to complete projects that protect or propagate migratory game birds and/or acquire, develop, restore, maintain, or preserve wetlands outside of the United States. The funding comes from a migratory game bird fee established by Iowa law, with approximately $35,000 available for projects outside the U.S. The contract must be executed by June 30, 2026, and all project work completed by June 30, 2027.
