The City of Gaithersburg is seeking sealed proposals to establish a contract with a qualified contractor to provide quarterly and annual inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, replacement, and installation services for fire alarm, sprinkler, fire extinguisher, and fire protection systems in City facilities. The contract term is two years with the possibility of three additional one-year extensions.
