Second Project Location: Johnson Settlement (Bruckner Barn, Cooler House and Bid Option 01 - Settlement Cabin), 100 Lady Bird Lane Ste 329, Johnson City, TX 78636C. The Work consists of the following:1. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following:a. Removal of wood shingles, repair to wood joists, wood purlins and reinstallation of new Synthetic shake/shingle roofs at the Bruckner Barn and Stubbs Cooler Building (Stubbs Well House), the barn and smoke house at the Boyhood Home Unit.b.
