Description

This project involves asphalt pavement resurfacing at various designated locations throughout the City of Norfolk. It is the first phase of a multi-phase infrastructure initiative, with subsequent phases to be advertised separately. Portions of the project may be federally funded and must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act. Bidders must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, and submissions must include the completed bid schedule and required bonds. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
