The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualifications and competitive sealed proposals from non-profit and for-profit entities and developers experienced in affordable housing development. The project involves developing affordable housing on certain County-owned properties listed in the County's Inventory of Real Property Appropriate for Affordable Housing within unincorporated Hillsborough County, including Temple Terrace and Plant City. Forty properties are available for development under this RFP, and only those designated in the RFP are eligible for proposals. The estimated project cost is $6,000,000.
