Description

The City of Norfolk is seeking a responsible vendor to provide banners and flags on an as needed basis according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to manufacture and deliver banners and flags that meet specified quality standards including fabrication by acid dye method, use of high tenacity 200 denier nylon, reinforced printed sleeve pockets, and full color textile penetration printing. Delivery will be FOB Destination at the City location specified in the order, with orders placed as actual requirements are generated. The banners and flags shall be guaranteed for four months, with defective items corrected or replaced to the City's satisfaction during this period.
