Description

The City of Redwood City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional fire and life safety services including fire plan review, construction fire inspection, fire/life safety review planning, Fire Marshal advisory services, Deputy Fire Marshal support, and specialized fire protection engineering and code consulting. Multiple firms may be selected to provide these supplemental services to support timely project delivery, technical review, surge workload demands, and complex project needs. These services are not intended to replace ongoing City staffing functions. The work will be performed both on-site and off-site for various project types subject to adopted codes and standards.
