Description

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking proposals for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) services for the Sellersburg Technology Center project. The project involves constructing a new 33,000 square foot Technology Center on the Sellersburg campus to house the School of Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering, and Applied Science and School of Information Technology programs. The CMc will be responsible for cost estimates, schedules, and creation of a detailed Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), coordinating with the Owner and Architect/Engineer throughout design and construction phases. The estimated project budget is approximately $3,000,000 with a total gross square footage of 12,554. The CMc will also manage construction activities, ensure compliance with laws, and promote diversity in subcontractor bidding.
