Description

Athabasca County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide and implement a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to replace their current Microsoft Dynamics GP system. The new ERP system must support municipal-specific functions such as property tax billing, utility billing, cash receipting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. The solution should also streamline budgeting, enhance internal efficiency by reducing manual processes, improve reporting, and support integration across departments. Optionally, the system may include fixed assets management, including asset retirement obligations. The contract duration is 24 months, starting approximately August 26, 2026.
