Description
The Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is seeking proposals from qualified Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) to perform the replacement and modernization of Fire Alarm Control Panel systems at multiple OCME facilities located in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. The contract includes removal of existing fire alarm equipment, installation of new fire alarm control panels and related components, programming, testing, and coordination with regulatory agencies including FDNY. The contract duration is one year, from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with a maximum contract value of $1,500,000. A mandatory site visit is required for all prospective contractors.
