Description

Alberta Forestry and Parks intends to contract AI video platform training services to Synthesia Inc. to update the Division's training content platform. The services will enable staff to convert existing documents such as SOPs, policy updates, webinar transcripts, and slide decks into short AI-delivered video modules without the need for cameras, studios, or video production expertise. These modules will be organized in a centralized library, assigned to specific individuals or role-based groups, and tracked for completion, functioning as a lightweight training management system. The contract is scheduled to commence on July 20, 2026, and expire on June 5, 2027.
