Description

The Allegheny County Department of Public Works is seeking a new, standalone, AI-enabled roadway condition analysis system. The system should produce objective pavement data, generate condition scores, distress classifications, and treatment recommendations using vendor scans or DPW recorded video aligned to the County's GIS roadway segments. It will also support light-touch ingestion of monthly notes, limited complaint trend visualization, and selective October rating imports without recreating or ingesting legacy spreadsheets, videos, or workflows. The procurement is an open Request for Proposal (RFP) with a closing date of August 12, 2026.
