The City of Billings is requesting proposals for the operation of the animal shelter and an optional lease. Proposals must be submitted by 5:00 PM (MST) on Friday, August 14, 2026, addressed to Liz Kampa. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, postpone the award, and select the proposal in the best interest of the City. Contract award may require approval by the Billings City Council.
