The City of Ontario is requesting information from construction contractors to establish a list of interested contractors for the Keys to Community Program, which includes the Housing Rehabilitation Loan (HRL) and Exterior Beautification Grant (EBG) Programs. The program seeks contractors experienced in construction and rehabilitation of residential housing.
