Description

The Employees Retirement System of the State of Hawaii is seeking proposals for publication design and printing services for the quarterly Holomua Newsletter. The contract is for a three-year term with an option for two additional one-year extensions. The procurement will be awarded based on the price for the base three-year term. Offerors must submit firm and fixed price quotes excluding postage costs and comply with Hawaii business registration and compliance requirements.
