Description
This funding opportunity aims to increase the number of state and tribal child welfare agencies that replicate and implement evidence-based Kinship Navigator Programs rated as promising, supported, or well-supported by the Title IV-E Prevention Services Clearinghouse. Tribal agencies may adapt program manuals to align with tribal policies and culture while maintaining core components. Priority is given to agencies not currently operating a Title IV-E Kinship Navigator Program. Applicants must focus on either replicating an existing model or developing a tribal adaptation of an existing model.
