FEMA's National Continuity Section (CON50) is seeking the supply and installation of trailer tires at its Thomasville, GA facility. - Government Buyer: - Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Homeland Security, National Continuity Section (CON50) - OEMs and Vendors: - Goodyear (Goodyear Endurance tires) - Cooper (Cooper Severe Service LHT and Cooper LHT tires) - Advance (Advance GL All Steel tires) - Products/Services Requested: - Total of 79 trailer tires across multiple sizes and brands - Goodyear Endurance tires: ST225/75R15, ST255/80R16, ST205/57R15, ST205/75R15 - Cooper Severe Service LHT tires: 11R22.5 - Cooper LHT tires: 295/75R22.5 - Advance GL All Steel tires: ST235/85R16 - Labor and installation for all tires at the supplier's facility (79 units) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All tires must be manufactured in 2026 - Vendor must be located within 30 miles of the FEMA MERS facility in Thomasville, GA - Contractor is responsible for removal, disposal, and cleanup of old tires - Tire specifications and quantities are detailed in the item list attachment

Description

This requirement will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable and is for the procurement and replacement of trailer tires. Please provide a price quote for the details shown in the attached statement of work to include installation. Please provide a GSA contract number if you have one. The tires must be procured and installed 90 days from date of award of contract. If you cannot meet this timeline, provide a justification. Tires must be 2026 year and vendor must be within 30 miles of installation site.
