Description
The City of Courtenay invites tenders for the Ryan Road Sidewalk Upgrades project. The work includes replacement of ditch and culvert with 280m of PVC storm main, connecting to new and existing lateral storm services and catch basins, constructing 350m of new roadside concrete sidewalk, street lighting along the sidewalk, removal and replacement of a BC Transit bus stop, and landscaping boulevard and restoration. An optional pre-tender meeting is scheduled for July 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. local time at 800 Ryan Road in front of the Comox Valley RCMP sign. Tenders must be submitted electronically with a certified bid bond through the BC Bid system, as physical envelope submissions are no longer accepted.
