The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) is seeking partners to assist in its application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Continuum of Care (CoC) Builds program. This program provides grant funds for new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation of permanent supportive housing units for homeless individuals with a disability. IHCDA aims to partner with multiple projects to submit a collaborative application to HUD.
