Description

The Chester County School District is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide on-call flooring services for various district facilities. The contract will cover quality flooring materials, labor, equipment, and related services on an as-needed basis. Services include removal, preparation, repair, and installation of various flooring types such as carpet, vinyl composition tile, luxury vinyl tile, sheet vinyl, rubber base, transition strips, and epoxy flooring. Work will be performed at multiple district locations as requested and according to the specifications and unit pricing outlined in the RFP. A non-mandatory site visit pre-bid conference is available by appointment before July 17, 2026.
