NRV Regional Water Authority is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide Professional Engineering Services on an "as needed" basis under a General Services Agreement. The authority will select one or more firms using the Competitive Negotiation Procedure for Professional Services outlined in the Virginia Procurement Act. The selected firm(s) will enter into a one-year contract, with the possibility of renewal for up to three additional one-year terms. The work location is 155 Walton Road, Radford, VA 24141.
