New Castle County is seeking competitive sealed bids and unpriced proposals from professional engineering firms to provide services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes planning, engineering study and analysis, design, preparation of construction documents, limited structural engineering, civil engineering, sanitary sewer (wastewater) engineering, stormwater engineering, utility engineering, construction review and analysis, engineering program support, engineering construction management, UDC related engineering, subdivision and record land development engineering, and cost estimating for various County facilities. The contract will involve multiple awards and evaluation will be based on experience, expertise, capacity, record of performance, and other criteria.
