Description

This solicitation waiver is for Software as a Service (SaaS) for an in-place Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system currently live since June 2024. The system serves over 500 users with more than 1300 licensed seats and is hosted on FedRamp Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud servers, including system security, load balancing, and system monitoring. The contract is for services related to the ERP system tailored to meet the functional requirements of Nevada Parole and Probation (NPP). The contract start date is September 16, 2026, and the end date is September 16, 2030.
