This rolling proposal aims to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide catering for district-wide events, school functions, and administrative meetings, including on-site food preparation, boxed meals, and diverse menu options accommodating various dietary needs. Vendors will be reviewed and awarded throughout the term, with the last date to respond being August 14, 2028. The contract term is effective from the award date through October 31, 2028.
