Description
The City of Lancaster's Community Preservation Division is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call abatement services for code enforcement cases. The contractor will perform nuisance abatement services when property owners fail to comply with notices and orders pursuant to the Lancaster Municipal Code and California law. The work includes safe, legal, and efficient abatement of nuisances, with required licenses including California B – General Building Contractor License or C-21 – Building Moving/Demolition Contractor and HAZ - Hazardous Substance Removal Certification. Proposals must be submitted electronically by July 30, 2026.
