Description
Marathon County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Learning Management System (LMS) that integrates with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM). The system aims to enhance employee training, compliance tracking, and learning analytics while ensuring data consistency with Workday. The county currently uses multiple LMS platforms that do not integrate with Workday and seeks a scalable, user-friendly, and modern LMS for compliance training, onboarding, and continuous learning.
