Description

The objective of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to plan and complete the environmental sampling of excess facilities at the specified installation. The structures of concern are listed in Table I. The sampling will identify and determine the extent of Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) and Other Regulated Materials (ORM). Additionally, the Contractor shall complete a Waste Stream Analysis for RCRA 8 metals, Lead-Based Paint (LBP), and PCBs-in-paint for those parts of the structure currently identified as potentially having painted components.
