Description
This action proposes to amend the Class D and Class E airspace at Morgantown Municipal Airport-Walter L. Bill Hart Field, Morgantown, WV. The FAA is proposing this amendment as a result of a biennial airspace review to bring the airspace into compliance with FAA orders and support instrument flight rule (IFR) procedures operations. The proposal includes expanding the lateral boundaries of Class D and Class E airspace and removing the Morgantown VORTAC from the airspace legal description. Comments on the proposal must be received by August 24, 2026.
