This Request for Information (RFI) seeks detailed information from qualified vendors about commercially available Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) solutions for public safety communications including Police and Fire services. The information gathered will assist the Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) and Emergency Services Cooperative Ontario (ESCO) member agencies in developing a procurement strategy for a CAD solution that meets operational, technical, security, interoperability, and budgetary needs.
