Description
The United States International Trade Commission has determined that an industry in the United States is materially injured by reason of imports of polypropylene corrugated boxes from Vietnam. These boxes are classified under subheading 3923.10.90 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States and have been found by the U.S. Department of Commerce to be sold in the United States at less than fair value. The investigation was initiated following petitions alleging material injury due to subsidized and less than fair value imports from China and Vietnam. The Commission completed and filed its determination on July 6, 2026.
