This opportunity is for the supply of aircraft skin panels to the US Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center. - Government Buyer: - United States Coast Guard, Aviation Logistics Center - OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers): - Frazier Aviation (Cage Code 23162) - Airborne Technologies (Cage Code 58730) - Vendors must provide: - Two aircraft skin panels: - SKIN, AIRCRAFT, Part Number 338329-12R, NSN 1560-01-520-4650, Quantity: 1 - SKIN, AIRCRAFT, Part Number 338329-13R, NSN 1560-01-520-4649, Quantity: 1 - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only new, OEM-manufactured parts from Frazier Aviation or Airborne Technologies are acceptable - All items must have clear traceability to the OEM - Certificate of Conformance (COC) and Certificate of Airworthiness required - Packaging must comply with ASTM-D3951-15 standards - Delivery capability within 30 to 45 days after receipt of component will be evaluated - No technical drawings or schematics will be provided by the government - Government inspection and notification of defects required - Payment will be made electronically after receipt

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.201, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  Solicitation number 70Z03826QH0000098 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of April 27, 2026, IAW the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO).

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336413. The small business size standard is 1,250. This is an unrestricted requirement.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. 

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a competitive basis as a result of this synopsis/solicitation for the following items:

Only the items requested in this solicitation will be considered for award. All items shall have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Frazier Aviation (Cage Code 23162) or Airborne Technologies (Cage Code 58730). Traceability means a clear, complete, documented, and auditable paper trail which traces each step from an OEM or distributor to its current location. 

The contractor shall furnish a COC in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15. COC must be submitted in the format specified in the clause.

Contractors having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation.  All parts shall be NEW approved parts.
