Description
The project involves redevelopment improvements at Osborne Park including selective removal and earthwork; construction of new gravel pedestrian trails with ADA-related grading features; timber edging, retaining elements, exercise stations, drainage improvements, rain gardens, an infiltration basin, storm drainage structures, streambank restoration, trail lighting, landscaping, a fishing pier, and a prefabricated boardwalk with gangway, floating dock, and kayak launch. An additional floating dock with kayak launch is proposed as a bid additive alternate, contingent on permitting approval.
