Description

Transport Canada requires a group or organization to act as Program Observers for marine vessel monitoring in the Tallurutiup Imanga National Marine Conservation Area (TINMCA). Observers will participate in training, patrol waters, record vessel observations, and report on vessels engaged in unsafe navigation, polluting, or abandoned vessels. The data collected will inform program planning and enforcement. The contract duration is estimated to be 8 months, starting around July 24, 2026.
