The Indian Health Service (IHS), under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is seeking professional services to support the Immunization Coverage Reporting & GPRA Optimization Project. - Government Buyer: - Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) - Indian Health Service (IHS) - Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions (OMAS) - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation - Services Requested: - Professional services to improve immunization coverage rates at IHS facilities - Development of standardized end-user guidance, training modules, process maps, and reporting tools for immunization data systems (CRS, iCARE, RPMS, NIRS) - Project management, stakeholder engagement, system analysis, process mapping, SME validation, training development and delivery, and final recommendations - Key personnel: Project Manager, Public Health Subject Matter Expert, Data Analyst - Estimated total effort: 3,760 labor hours - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) - Focus on optimizing immunization data systems and GPRA reporting for IHS - Place of performance is at the offeror's facility

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation No. 7571PS26Q00058 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Immunization Coverage Reporting & Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Optimization Project Services. Services shall be provided for the Infectious Disease Branch under the Office of Public Health Support (OPHS) in the Indian Health Service (IHS). The place of performance will be the Offeror’s facility.

This acquisition is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
