The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive maintenance and infrared testing of electrical systems across three key museum facilities. - Government Buyer: - United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) - Division of Operations, Branch of Facilities Services - Scope of Services: - Preventive maintenance and infrared testing of electrical systems at: - USHMM Main Building - Ross Administrative Center (RAC) - Shapell Collections, Conservation and Research Center (SCCRC) - Services include: - Cleaning, lubrication, inspection, torqueing connections, megger testing, ground fault verification, and conduit inspection - Two rounds of infrared testing per year to identify and verify repairs of discrepancies - Detailed reporting of defects, locations, and repair costs - Requirements: - All work must comply with NFPA 70B and relevant electrical codes - Services must be performed by certified professionals, including a minimum Level 2 Certified Infrared Thermographer - Contractors must provide technical approach, past performance, and price in their proposals - Contract Structure: - Base period of one year with up to four additional one-year option periods - Firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials, or labor-hour contract types considered - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Coverage of multiple museum facilities - Mandatory site visit and strict certification requirements for thermographers - Detailed defect and repair reporting after each testing round

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM), Division of Operations, Branch of Facilities Services, is seeking qualified contractors to provide electrical systems maintenance and testing services. Part of the USHMM’s ongoing Maintenance and Repair program, the scope of work covers three designated locations: the USHMM Main Building, the Ross Administrative Center (RAC), and the Shapell Collections, Conservation and Research Center (SCCRC).
