This opportunity is for stewardship and timber removal services at Prescott National Forest, Arizona, under the USDA Forest Service's R3 Southwest Stewardship BPA. - Government Buyer: - USDA Forest Service, Prescott National Forest, Bradshaw Ranger District - Scope of Work: - Mechanized commercial timber harvest and removal across approximately 204 acres (cutting units specified) - Total contract area covers about 1,091 acres - Removal of sawtimber and fuelwood (Ponderosa Pine and other conifers) - Estimated 1,074 CCF of sawtimber and 1,820 CCF of fuelwood in one attachment - Estimated 2,894 CCF of sawtimber in another attachment - Hazardous fuels reduction and forest health improvement services - Road maintenance on forest service system roads - Unique Requirements: - Compliance with environmental protections, fire precautions, and erosion control - Product identification by hammer branding and paint - Adherence to the Forest Resources Conservation and Shortage Relief Act - Slash disposal and protection of reserve trees - Local community benefit initiatives - Only pre-approved companies under the R3 Southwest Stewardship BPA are eligible to respond - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; focus is on forestry services and timber removal - All technical and operational requirements are detailed in attachments

Description

This procurement is restricted to the approved companies eligible for call orders under the  R3 Southwest Stewardship BPA for the Prescott National Forest in the state of Arizona. This requirement may be awarded to one vendor as a BPA Call Order against BPA's previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE). The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice that are not eligible for awards under the R3 SW Stewardship BPA.

A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 2026 to view the project area and discuss the objectives of this contract. The meeting will take place at 9:00 am Bradshaw Ranger District Office, 344 South Cortez St.  Prescott, AZ.
