The contractor shall provide all equipment as listed in the Equipment Description section below, meeting all specifications for the purpose of the addition of a Haag Streit Simulation Eyesi Surgical Complete System for surgical service and located at the Dallas VA Medical Center which is part of the VA North Texas Healthcare System (VANTXHCS).

Description of Work The contractor shall provide all required equipment listed in the Equipment Description section below in brand new condition to the Dallas VA Medical Center for the surgical waste management systems in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Training with the surgery simulator supplements the educational process. It is not a substitute for comprehensive training under medical guidance, and without further training does not qualify users to perform actual surgery or to medically treat humans.
